There is a new market of FOREX that some Banks and brokers are offering. The real portion of the market is obviously by very large institutionals, governments, banks and large multi national corporations. But some small time traders are also participating in this difficult yet very volatile market.
Having said that most real time traders who work with speculation and professional trading still work official FINRA regulated Forex Futures that have sufficient liquidity to follow.
